Designed for optimized, convenient sandwich and salad assembly, the Migali C-SP48-12-HC prep table has a rail section that can hold 12 sixth-size pans. Ingredients from the pans can be taken out and added to dishes on the 9 1⁄4-inch-deep cutting board across the front of the unit. Additional toppings and sauces can be stored in the cabinet base on two levels of shelving.
The digital controller and temperature readout on this Migali C-SP48-12-HC food prep table ensures adjusting and monitoring the temperature is convenient. The operator can set it at a level between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit to suit different products. Mounted on the rear, the refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant—an eco-friendly alternative to traditional options. The unit's forced-air design uniformly moves cold air in the cabinet, maintaining a consistent temperature.
