The Migali C-SP60-16-HC food prep table is great for sandwich and salad shops that want to optimize food prep and assembly. Operators can store their most frequently used ingredients in the rail section and keep refills and less important items in the cabinet base. The rail can hold 16 sixth-size pans or a combination of smaller fractional pans, and the base's shelves keep cabinet items organized. Both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel—a rugged material that withstands heavy use and speeds up the cleaning process.
The hinged doors on this Migali C-SP60-16-HC sandwich prep table have a stay-open design at 90 degrees, enabling users to quickly stock the cabinet. Because the door handles are recessed, they do not protrude into the aisle and take up valuable space. The temperature in the unit is adjustable on the digital controller, with a range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can be monitored on the display.
