Perfect for preparing and assembling sandwiches and salads, the Migali C-SP72-18-HC prep table has a rail section that holds pans. It is designed to accommodate 18 sixth-size pans or a fractional equivalent with the adapter bars. Food from the pans can be added to product as it is moved down the full-length cutting board.
The cabinet base in this Migali C-SP72-18-HC sandwich and salad prep table has three sections, and each section has a shelf and a hinged door that stays open at 90 degrees to facilitate product stocking. With its self-contained, rear-mounted system, the unit maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; the set level is adjustable on the digital controller and temperature display. A forced-air design ensures air is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet without warm spots.
