The StreetSiren operates on AJAX's proprietary Jeweller radio technology, which guarantees secure, two-way communication with the AJAX hub over distances of up to 1,500 meters in open spaces. This encrypted connection features frequency hopping to prevent jamming and ensure that signals are reliably delivered. You can have complete confidence in the siren's connection to your security system, knowing it's protected against forgery and signal interception.
Built to Withstand the Elements and Tampering
Designed for outdoor installation, the StreetSiren is built to endure harsh conditions. Its enclosure has an IP54 protection rating, making it resistant to dust, hail, and rain. It operates reliably in a wide temperature range, from -25°C to +50°C. Furthermore, it is equipped with advanced anti-sabotage features, including a tamper alarm that triggers if the enclosure is opened and an accelerometer that detects any attempt to move or dismount the device.
Flexible Power and Effortless Installation
The AJAX StreetSiren offers exceptional flexibility with dual power options. It can operate for up to 5 years on its pre-installed CR123A batteries or be connected to an external 12V DC power supply for continuous operation. Installation is quick and straightforward thanks to the SmartBracket mounting panel. The siren is ready to use straight out of the box and can be connected to your AJAX hub with a single click in the mobile app.
Customizable Alerts and Smart Notifications
Tailor the siren's response to your specific needs. The alarm volume is adjustable from 85 to 113 dB, and the duration can be set from 3 seconds to 3 minutes via the Ajax app. The bright LED frame not only flashes during an alarm but also provides status indications for arming, disarming, and entry/exit delays, giving you clear visual feedback on your system's status.
