About the product
Olvita Cold-pressed unrefined sunflower oil is 100% oil from unroasted sunflower seeds (Helianthus annuus). Cold-pressed by Olvita Gołuch in Marcinowice – free from additives, colourings, preservatives, sweeteners, lactose and dairy products.
The raw material is imported from Sri Lanka – a different growing region to that of typical European seeds. The oil has a golden colour and the aromatic scent of fresh seeds, characteristic of sunflower oil pressed without roasting. A one-litre bottle lasts a long time – it’s the perfect size for a family or household where the oil is regularly used in salads, dressings and sandwich spreads.

Usage
Oil for cold dishes: a base for salads, raw vegetable salads, sauces, dips and cold marinades. A classic in home cooking – a topping for bread, cold vegetable dishes and dressings. Large 1000 ml (litre) bottle for the whole family or household that uses oil regularly. Not suitable for frying – unrefined oil breaks down at high temperatures. Vegan.
Directions for use
Cold use: one tablespoon (12 g) per salad, raw vegetable salad or dressing. Homemade dressing: 3 tablespoons of oil + one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar + a pinch of salt and pepper. Vegetable dip: 4 tablespoons of oil + 2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt + herbs. Cold marinades for grilled vegetables from the previous day. One litre is enough for approx. 80 servings.
Storage
Store in the fridge – once opened, the one-litre bottle should be kept in a cool cupboard or the fridge to maintain freshness throughout its shelf life.
