- Upload your photo(s) and if you want you can email your photos to [email protected] your pet photo or photos, with order number
- If you want to include your pet's Name and/or the Date, fill in that information in the Name field
- If you want a short phrase, i.e. Happy Birthday, or Best Dad, fill in that phrase in the Phrase field
- You will receive a mockup of the mug for your Review and Approval, so please check your email daily
- AFTER you approve of the mockup the mug is sent to production.

PHOTO GUIDELINES
These are simply guidelines, I can work with anything, just try to provide the BEST photo possible. Feel free to provide up to 3 photos, just remember to attach the order number and name of the pet to each photo.
- The best pictures for this mug are photos of your pet sitting or standing
- Send a few photos
- Get close to your pet and provide or take a photo from their head to their chest
- Well lit photo or a photo taken outside on a sunny day works best
- It's best not to have accessories on the pet(s)
- If you want a short phrase, i.e. Happy Birthday, or Best Dad, fill in that phrase in the Phrase field.
- You will receive a mockup of the mug for your Review and Approval, so please check your email daily.
- AFTER you approve of the mockup, the mug is sent to production.
