Hand-forged by master craftsmen, the Katana Hiroshi undergoes 12 rigorous polishing and sharpening processes, achieving a vivid red Damascus steel blade through an advanced electroplating process. The pure white saya (scabbard) and wrappings represent clarity and honor, contrasted with the vibrant red blade that symbolizes courage and vitality.
Its gold-plated silver tsuba adds a touch of unique elegance, making every detail of this piece a true work of art.
Tested in traditional cutting practices (Tameshigiri), the Hiroshi delivers perfect precision, strength, and balance.

The Tsuba, located above the skirt, is ornamented and made through metal fusion. It serves to protect the user’s hand from sliding onto the blade during practice.

Habaki (Blade Collar):

The Habaki is a metal piece that separates the blade from the scabbard. It serves both aesthetic and functional purposes, ensuring a perfect fit between the two. Minor scratches are normal due to use.

The crafting time for your personalized sword is approximately 15 days. After production, your sword will be shipped directly from Hong Kong, where our forge is located, using the best available air courier at the time.
