HOW TO PUT MY &ÉVE CUP?

Before first use, it is recommended to sterilize it by boiling it in water for a few minutes or in a special sterilization solution. Always place it with clean hands. We recommend inserting your Eve cup while sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing. Choose the position that is most comfortable for you and to facilitate its insertion, wet it with water or use water-based lubricant and follow the following steps. Compress the cup in your hand, fold it in half lengthwise, insert it obliquely towards the bottom, leaving it wedged in the vaginal cavity.

HOW TO GET MY VE CUP?

With clean hands and in the most comfortable position  and relaxed, contract the vaginal muscles to close the cup to the entrance of the vagina. With the help of a finger, check that the edges of the cup are well separated from the vaginal wall. Compress the bottom part, releasing the pressure until it is removed and pour its contents into the toilet. Wash the glass with hot water and pH neutral soap, store it in its bag included

HOW DO I USE MY VE CUP?

Remove and empty the cup every 12 hours maximum. The cuff of the Eve cup can be trimmed to fit the length. Allows prolonged use of up to 12 hours without emptying it.
