Buttermilk & Dill Pickle Brined Chicken
1.5 cups Pops' Dill Pickle Elixir
1.5 cups Buttermilk
1 tsp Dare Ya! Hot Sauce or Double Dog Dare Ya! Hot Sauce
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients and whisk until salt is dissolved. Submerge your chicken and marinate for up to 24 hours before breading and deep frying.
