Be prepared for any emergency situation with these freeze dried meal tins, they are ultra lightweight at only 800g and easy to store, yet contains 8 portions! More than enough to feed the whole family and still have leftovers. 

To prepare a single portion, remove 100g of dry mix from the can and into a solid container. Add 225ml of boiling water and mix thoroughly. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes. Stir, season to taste and enjoy a quick yet delicious meal!
