  Cook time:

  • From thawed: 30-35 mins
  • From frozen: 35-40 mins

• Thaw chicken and remove plastic cups from pan and refrigerate. Keep broccoli frozen. Preheat oven to 375F. Remove lid from pan and place the pan on a cookie sheet for support. Bake for 30-35 minutes until cooked through and an internal temp. of 165F. Let rest for 10 minutes. Serve with chilled dipping sauce, and parmesan broccoli. Parmesan Broccoli: Follow cooking directions on broccoli label. Sprinkle broccoli with shredded parmesan, and salt and pepper, if desired.
