How to use
Adults: 1 level scoop (6.5 g) in water, twice daily.
Children 6–8 yrs: ⅓ scoop twice daily •
9–13 yrs: ½ scoop twice daily •
14–18 yrs: ¾ scoop twice daily.

How this helps

Allergen & storage
Contains sulphites. Provides ~196 mg sodium (as sodium bicarbonate) and 300 mg potassium per 13 g daily dose. Store below 25 °C in a cool, dry place; reseal firmly.
Safety
- If you experience tingling, burning or numbness, discontinue and consult your practitioner (vitamin B6 content).
- Do not exceed 150 mcg/day selenium from supplements; prolonged high zinc intake may be harmful.
