Salt 17%) 2%, Tamarind 2%, Fish Sauce (Anchovy 70%) 2%, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) 2%, Dried Shrimp 1%, Kaffir Lime Peel 0.5%
Directions
Mix 1-2 tablespoons of paste with 2 cups of water or stock. Bring to a boil, then add your choice of vegetables, meat, or seafood. Simmer until cooked. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
