Bakers Pride 451 Single Deck 54" Natural Gas Pizza Deck Oven - Refurbished

The 451 is a Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven from Baker’s Pride. This exterior of this oven is constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, while the interior is constructed of aluminized steel. The oven chamber features a cordierite deck, with top and bottom dampers providing even heat. The micro-slides and dampers are adjustable, so the crusts and toppings are cooked as needed. The doors are spring-balanced.

The throttling thermostat, with its range of 300°F to 650°F, is easy to operate and set for the temp you need. Gas controls include valve, regulator, and pilot safety. The ceramic hearth decks provide a nice way to crisp up dough while not allowing it to stick and become difficult to shuffle around the oven. This product is fully insulated throughout.

ALL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS SOLD WILL HAVE A 30 DAY RETURN POLICY, IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED THERE IS A 20% RESTOCK ON ALL ITEMS AND BUYER MUST PAY FOR THE ITEM TO BE SHIPPED BACK. IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF (I.E INVOICE, WORK ORDER) OF PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION, THEN RETURNS WILL NOT BE HONORED. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
