How To Use Miss Rose Under Eye Pencil
Place the pencil at an angle on your waterline to prevent poking your eye (ouch!). Gently brush from the outside border of your eye to the inner corner of your eye, filling up any gaps along the way just above your lash line. The result should be a clean line with slight shading.
