Description
With its pass-thru design, the True GDM-41CPT-48-HC-LD two-section merchandiser
has two double-pane thermal-insulated front and back glass doors that enables
customers can retrieve product from the front and employees to stock product
through the rear. The exterior's sides and top are constructed of powder-coated
black-colored steel, while its interior flaunts white aluminum lining and
features a stainless steel floor. To keep products in view, its interior is
lined with a series of LED lights, and for simple placement in tight quarters,
it measures 48 inches long by 25 inches deep by 48 inches high.
Designed to be held at a temperature between 33 and 38 degrees
Fahrenheit, the True GDM-41CPT-48-HC-LD two-section glass merchandiser utilizes
a bottom-mounted condenser that feeds cold air through the unit using the
self-contained capillary tube system. By utilizing R290 hydrocarbon
refrigerant, both its evaporator and condenser are electrically powered to
reduce the risk of mechanical parts failing during use. Additionally, its
evaporator is coated with epoxy to fight off rust and corrosion. For locking cold
air in the unit and repelling heat, the interior features a layer of
high-density polyurethane insulation.

IF USED EQUIPMENT IS GAS, WATER, 208 VOLTS OR HIGHER, OR 3 PHASE ELECTRICAL, IT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN WHO IS LICENSED IN YOUR STATE.
