ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner and 2010-2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON engineers' primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road.

This Stage 8 system includes vehicle-specific tuned, extended travel 2.5 Inch coilover shocks featuring CDCV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle Inchfeel Inch through the range of travel. The ICON CDC Valve is an externally adjustable valve that restricts oil flow into the reservoir which creates 10 levels of compression damping force ranges.

These coilovers are also height adjustable for 0-3.5 Inch of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. Tubular Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment specs, increasing caster over stock and allow proper wheel alignment at the lift height this system provides.

ICON's tubular steel upper and lower links are much stronger than the OE units, feature a low maintenance multi-durometer bushing, and can be adjusted for optimum pinion angle. ICON rear coil springs deliver on-road comfort and superior off-road performance with 2 Inch of rear lift height over stock for a level stance front to rear.

An adjustable rear track bar is included to provide proper rear axle alignment, improve articulation, and ensure fitment on KDSS equipped 4Runners. The 2.5 Aluminum Series Omega bypass remote reservoir rear shocks' larger diameter offers outstanding performance off-road and a smooth ride on the street 28 settings of compression and rebound adjustment.

Features and Benefits:
  • This system features upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint features a zinc plated housing providing the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while at the same time allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and at the same time capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.

It seems effective in terms of SFP and doesn't leave a greasy or heavy feel, ends up looking lightly glowy but reasonably dry to the touch. I'm not sure you'd want to apply it thick enough to substitute for foundation. What I don't like - Like makeup the color can rub off on clothes etc. - Doesn't seem to reapply very well, leads to pilling, and also rubbing my face at all leads to pilling. It's very "don't touch it again after you applied once" - Quite hard to remove with normal cleanser, I think I might need to remove it with oil or something?

Way too heavy & greasy for combination skin

Ugh this tinted sunscreen is such a let-down. I was excited to find an option that's a mineral sunscreen, with tinting that's supposed to work for all skin tones, is made with non-comedogenic ingredients, and is a more reasonable price than what my old tinted sunscreen now costs. I saw mixed reviews on the greasiness / heaviness of this sunscreen, but decided to give it a try, especially because I have combo skin that gets pretty dry in the winter... but wish I had listened to the people who said this is overwhelmingly thick. Pros: the tint works fairly well for my light-to-medium warm-toned skin (although you can see in my video it doesn't blend at all well with my hand's skin tone... so can't imagine this will be universal), it doesn't irritate my combination skin that can be very sensitive, and hasn't blocked my pores. Cons: This feels like I'm smearing peanut butter on my face - it is such a thick and oily consistency. I have combination skin, with some areas that are especially dry right now in a northern winter climate... but this is not what I would call "moisturizing" - it's greasiness that is impossible to rub in, doesn’t dry down, and instead just sits on the skin (and I'm not even using close to the amount of sunscreen you're supposed to in order to get the true SPF coverage). I use tinted sunscreen to replace the need for a BB cream or foundation, and this unfortunately would never be appropriate for everyday wear.
