Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
- Pyridoxal-5-phosphate monohydrate: 21.5 mg (equiv. pyridoxine 13.7 mg)
- Calcium folate: 400 mcg (equiv. folinic acid 370 mcg)
- Cyanocobalamin: 500 mcg (equiv. vitamin B12 500 mcg)
Excipients: Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silica, vegetarian capsule.
Dose
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
