Calendula -Calendula petals are rich in naturally occurring compounds called flavonoids. These compounds are said to reduce inflammation (anti-inflammatory)

Chamomile - This daisy-like flower is thought to have natural calming properties. Because of this, it’s long been used as a topical remedy for skin health. 

Nettle - a powerful anti-inflammatory herb used for centuries to calm and soothe inflammation

 

Chickweed -  this plant helps reduce inflammation and soothe irritated skin

Perfect size for my travel bag
