The property :Located in the north of the Médoc, on the hill of Saint-Estèphe, Cos d'Estournel appears majestically. Like a real Maharadjah's palace, the château and its pagodas surprise and captivate the eye. In 1791, Louis-Gaspard d'Estournel inherited hectares of vineyards and had the estate built. Adventurer and after having travelled the world, his taste for exoticism and the Orient will give to the Château Cos d'Estournel this architecture so singular in the Medoc. Owned by Michel Reybier since 2000, Château Cos d'Estournel continues to shine in the Saint-Estephe appellation and joins the lineage of the greatest wines in the world by distinguishing itself by its unique style where taste for beauty and excellence are a permanent quest.
The vineyard :
Enjoying an exceptional geographical location, the vineyard of Cos d'Estournel is located on the edge of the plateau, in the immediate vicinity of the Gironde estuary. The vineyard thus benefits from a maritime climate while being protected from bad weather. The vines are planted on two slopes and a central plateau, benefiting from an ideal exposure and good ventilation.
Blend :
Cabernet sauvignon (65%), merlot (35%).
Tasting :
Vintage embodying the quintessence of the terroir of Saint-Estephe and the property, Cos d'Estournel 2019 is a real success. The aromatic expression combines warm spicy notes evoking cinnamon and beautiful floral notes of jasmine. Enchanting, the mouth seduces the palate with its texture that is both silky, delicate and of great depth while retaining spicy notes and a great minerality. Offering a splendid definition of its terroir, Cos d'Estournel 2019 is already writing the history of a long-standing vintage.

Best flip-flops I've met

Right away I was impressed by the thichness and cushioning of these flip-flops. They are not a flimsy piece of rubber under my foot. The sole is more like that of an athletic shoe with layers and an impressive tread.
I've always found that my heel sits too much on the back edge of flip-flops, or even over it. So I ordered these just a half size large and they're perfect. The foot cradling allows my heel to sit down inside the flip-flop comfortably and securely. They're not about to fall off. The toe piece (I don't know what it's actually called) is not just the typical round rubber post. On these flip-flops it's nicely shaped and fits comfortably between my toes.
The arch support is nice too. They're not just flat.
In spite of being more substantial than the cheapies we all know, these remain lightweight. They clearly look better too

Extremely comfortable with slight roomy fit

These are easily the most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned. From the moment I put them on, there was no break in period at all. They felt soft, supportive, and ready for all day wear right out of the box.
The cushioning is excellent without feeling too soft, and they have a nice stable feel when walking. They are lightweight and clearly made with quality materials, making them great for everyday use or around water.
One thing to note is that they run a little on the larger side, so if you are between sizes, you may want to consider sizing down for a better fit.
Overall, these are a great combination of comfort, durability, and function. I would absolutely recommend them, especially if comfort is your top priority. (Excuse the teeth marks- my dog unfortunately got ahold of them before I snapped the photo- they are PERFECT out of the box)

Columbia always makes great stuff
Size: 14, Color: Espresso II/Black
Even with my flat feet these offer a lot of padding which makes these extremely comfortable. They increase my height about an inch haha. These are great for walking around the beach or just going for walks. The tread on the bottom of these make walking up hills where the surfaces are not completely even extremely easy and very grippy. Time will tell how durable these are, but so far they're holding up very well.
