Dankzijde gepatenteerde ISM4D-technologie van is de velg geoptimaliseerd door overtollig materiaal te verwijderen en toch sterk te blijven waar dat nodig is, waardoor het gewicht met 120 gram is afgenomen ten opzichte van het vorige model.

De double-butted spaken en hun gepatenteerde elliptische vorm zorgen niet alleen voor een betere respons, maar besparen ook 5 watt, waardoor de algehele efficiëntie verbetert.

De stijfheid wordt verbeterd door Fore technologie, waarbij de ongeboorde bovenbrug zorgt voor stevigheid zonder dat er een velglint nodig is, wat 30 gram bespaart.

Het nieuwe Infinity-naafplatform optimaliseert het spaken, met een zorgvuldig afgestelde spaakspanning voor maximale krachtoverbrenging.
