The vineyard
The terroir of Fronsac is composed of a mosaic of soils from which the vineyard of Château de La Dauphine benefits. The vines, which cover nearly 53 hectares, are planted on clay-limestone soils, clay-limestone soils on molasse of Fronsac or on limestone with asteria. Committed to an ethical and environmental approach in the era of time, the Château de La Dauphine cultivates its vineyard under the certification of organic farming as well as according to the principles of biodynamics.
The vintage
This 2019 vintage rhymes with serenity for the Château de La Dauphine. After a mild winter and a dull spring, summer temperatures reached record levels. This exceptional climate combined with the viticultural strategies of Château de La Dauphine ensured an excellent sanitary state. The low rainfall in September favored the ripening of the grapes and the volume of juice, while ensuring a harvest under the best auspices.
Vinification
Manual harvest from September 23 to October 3. Rigorous harvesting by plot. Reception by gravity. Double sorting. Fermentation thermoregulated at 28°C. Vatting time of 30 days. Extraction by manual pumping over. Vertical pressing. Malolactic fermentation in barrels (30%).
Maturation
Aged in separate batches. 12 months of maturation. 30% new wood.
Blend
Merlot (85%), Cabernet Franc (15%).
Tasting
The Château de La Dauphine 2019 presents a dense and deep robe. The nose expresses aromas of black fruits dominating the bouquet which are declined in floral notes. In the mouth, the crispness of the fruit reveals an elegant palate of great finesse. Château de La Dauphine 2019 is a structured and delicate wine that accurately represents the expression of the Fronsac appellation.

Knot their Omega
Format: Kindle
It took me a day to really get into the book, there is a lot happening in the beginning of the story. I wish there was more of a time frame because I felt like something’s happened quickly but they were farther away than I thought so that was a little confusing to me. I felt like there was so much happening but also not enough.
As for the story itself I enjoyed it, it was different than other OV I’ve read. Bring the tissues, you will need them. They guys were great, I wish we saw more of Kai and Kenjis relationship. As for Nate…… IYKYK.
I enjoyed this book, my first from this author and look forward to reading about Kamaris story.

Has Potential, Poorly Executed
Format: Kindle
I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.

Secrets, Seduction, and Rockstars!
Format: Kindle
Rockstars, secrets, and off-the-charts chemistry? Sign me up!
Cinder Blaze takes us on a rollercoaster of passion and peril with Knot Their Omega. Blair Vesper, a secret Omega masquerading as an Alpha, strikes a risky deal to tour with Blooming Salvation, a band teetering on the edge of chaos. Enter Icarus Morrigan, the enigmatic manager, and his three complicated and irresistibly sexy rockstars: wild Kenji, icy Kaiser, and fiery Nathaniel.
This book delivers steamy Omegaverse drama, sizzling slow-burn romance, and just the right dash of angst. The tension between Blair and the band crackles like electricity onstage, while the societal stakes add depth to the spicy dynamics.
Short, sharp, and oh-so-sinful Knot Their Omega will have you hooked from the first note!

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book.
Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray.
I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
