Ingrediënten

Gebruik
Neem 30 minuten voor de maaltijd 1 maal daags 2 - 4 capsules in met een glas water of vruchtensap.

I buy these for get togethers at church. The only thing I don't like is I can't seem to find this brand in larger volume packaging so will continue to buy one or two packages at a time. They hold up well and are easier to dispose of than the plastic plates.
