Vollering Cabernet Sauvignon

De Vollering Cabernet Sauvignon is een bijzondere rode wijn uit Lansingerland in  Nederland. Deze wijn wordt gemaakt van Cabernet Sauvignon-druiven die in een kas worden geteeld, wat zorgt voor een gecontroleerde omgeving met voldoende warmte en bescherming. Hierdoor rijpen de druiven optimaal en ontwikkelen ze meer kleur, smaak en aroma dan in het Nederlandse buitenklimaat. De wijn wordt zorgvuldig vergist om het fruitige karakter en de structuur van de druif te behouden.

In de geur en smaak vindt u tonen van zwarte bes, kers en een lichte kruidigheid, aangevuld met zachte aardse nuances. In de mond is de wijn soepel en rond, met milde tannines en een toegankelijke, fruitige afdronk. Deze Cabernet Sauvignon is heerlijk bij gegrild vlees, borrelhapjes, lichte stoofgerechten of een kaasplank. Serveer de wijn op 16–18 °C voor de beste smaakbeleving.

Wijnhuis Vollering
De Vollering wijnen zijn ontwikkeld door een lokale teler (Kees Vollering) uit Lansingerland die zijn kas gebruikte om wijndruiven te verbouwen. Dit innovatieve project laat zien hoe Nederlandse wijnbouw zich blijft ontwikkelen. Wat deze wijn nóg specialer maakt, is de samenwerking met Verboon Wines. De wijnen werden in samenwerking met Jordy Verboon lokaal op de markt gebracht en vonden zo hun weg naar liefhebbers in de regio. Deze korte lijn tussen producent en wijnbar benadrukt het lokale karakter en maakt het een uniek stukje vakmanschap uit Lansingerland.

What I mean by that is, for example: the calm play setting is muuch too calm. Super light puffs of energy, like a battery is dying. And the playful setting is scary, alarmingly so. The intervals in between are too long. The ball does not bounce. So they just have settings all wrong. The size is good for a large dog only. Do not buy if you have a small to medium dog. I even think the material is okay. I've only had it for a few days so I can't even speak to how the material holds up. Really hoping to love this ball for my dog. It was not the distraction I was hoping it would be so I could work from home while my dog had fun. I'm hoping this can help someone else who's been pining over it. Essentially, it's a $35-$50 well made weighted ball that moves occasionally.
