Het hele jaar door kersenlikeur
De kersen in deze neut zijn gevriesdroogd. Vriesdrogen is een mooie conserveringstechniek om alle smaak, kleur en vitamines in de vrucht te bewaren en de houdbaarheid flink te verlengen. Hoog zomer, wanneer de kersen rijp aan de bomen hangen, worden overschotten ingevroren en vervolgens gevriesdroogd. Zo gaan de mooie vruchten niet verloren, en kunnen we er het hele jaar van genieten.
