Met de Headset pers 1.5" kunt u de bovenstaande en onderste balhoofdcups in de balhoofdbuis persen. De set wordt geleverd met een gereedschapshouder met T-greep, een trapeziumdraadspindel van 360 mm, een persbuspaar, een schroefbus en een druklager.
- Voorbereiding: Schroef de trapeziumdraadspindel met de fijne schroefdraadzijde in de gereedschapshouder. Plaats het druklager en vervolgens een van de persbussen op de spindel.
- Gebruik: Plaats de bovendien balhoofdcup op de persbus en steek het gereedschap in de balhoofdbuis. Plaats de onderste balhoofdcup op de andere persbus en plaats ze beide op de spindel van het gereedschap. Schroef vervolgens de schroefbus op de trapeziumdraad van de spindel. Draai de gereedschapshouder en begin met het persen van de balhoofdcups. Let erop dat de kopjes niet vastlopen tijdens het werk.
- Voordat u begint met het persen van de balhoofdcups, controleert u de diametertolerantie van de cupzitting in het frame. Mogelijk moet u de maat corrigeren door de balhoofdbuis eerst te frezen en te vlakken. Gebruik daarvoor het vaste balhoofdbuis freesgereedschap (code: 720147).
- Tip: Breng wat smeermiddel aan op de persen balhoofdcups. Dit maakt het werk praktisch en beschermt het gereedschap.

Unfortunately, very cheaply made. It arrived with one of the connecting tubes cracked horizontally. Possibly due to bad welding. It is quite a headache to assemble. It was delivered on time but returned for a refund.

not enough screws were included to make the wall. I was able to locate more screws to finish building-so I didn’t have to return the product- but it was a pain and I got lucky finding the pieces I needed

Useful, simple room divider

All the pieces were accounted for, and some even had extra pieces, maybe just in case they need changing. It was a bit like putting together a piece of IKEA furniture, though I went slower than usual so as not to make any mistakes. It wasn’t too hard to put together myself, and helps give my studio apt a feeling of space and privacy for my bed. I only wish it had a lovely Japanese design on it, but it does amazingly seem to match the wall color.
