Tijdens onze reis door Zuid-India vonden we de biodynamische boerderij Poab's. De boerderij ligt hoog in de bergen en wordt als een gesloten kringloop beheerd waarbij alles wordt benut. De smaak is vol en goed in balans met heerlijk zoete tonen. Zorgvuldig geroosterd! - Järna Rosteri

Over Järna Rosteri

In de branderij in Järna branden we elke week om altijd vers gebrande koffie te leveren. Het proces is eenvoudig en alles wordt met de hand gedaan. We willen het niet ingewikkeld maken, het draait allemaal om een goede grondstof die we ontwikkelen door middel van branding!

De groene koffie die we branden komt van biologische en biodynamische boerderijen over de hele wereld. Biodynamische koffieboerderijen worden als een gesloten kringloop beheerd waarbij men niet meer teelt dan de boerderij zelf kan dragen. Al het plantaardig afval wordt gecomposteerd en vervolgens gebruikt als voeding voor nieuwe aanplantingen.
