In het hart van het pittoreske Erdőbénye vind je Karádi‑Berger Winery, een kleinschalig familiebedrijf dat al sinds 1999 met toewijding werkt aan karaktervolle Tokaj‑wijnen. Wat begon als een hobby van Szilvia Karádi en Zsolt Berger op slechts 0,5 hectare, groeide uit tot een wijnmakerij met een duidelijke missie: authentieke wijnen maken met respect voor natuur, traditie en terroir.

Vinificatie

Na het ontstelen werden de druiven een dag geweekt, vervolgens geperst en drie jaar gerijpt in vaten.
