Breng 4 tot 8 pompjes aan op het probleemgebied, tweemaal daags, bij voorkeur met 8 tot 12 uur tussenpoos. Het is effectiever om je gedurende enkele weken te richten op één specifiek lichaamsdeel (bijv. buikstreek, dijen) en daarna over te schakelen naar een ander probleemgebied, in plaats van alles tegelijk aan te pakken.
