Het doel van een sanding sealer is veelzijdig.
- Het dicht de open poriën van het hout af voordat de volgende laag wordt aangebracht, wat betekent dat er meer van het hout op het oppervlak blijft zitten en er minder van de afwerking nodig is. Dit maakt het niet alleen zuiniger; bij het afwerken is het zo dat hoe dunner de aangebrachte laag, hoe kleiner de kans op beschadiging.
- Schuurverzegeling bindt ook de losse vezels van het hout samen, waardoor er een stevigere basis ontstaat voor de volgende laag, wat ervoor zorgt dat de uiteindelijke afwerking goed kan hechten en dus duurzamer is.
- Ze bevatten ook een schuurmiddel dat werkt als een smeermiddel om het schuurproces te vergemakkelijken - het schuurmiddel staat ook iets boven het oppervlak van de sealer, en dit wordt gedenibbed - de sealer zelf moet na het schuren nog intact zijn.

Solid breakdown of real estate investing for beginners

Aye, this book actually surprised me. It’s super beginner-friendly and doesn’t just throw a bunch of complicated real estate jargon at you. I think in Chapter 5, they covered creative financing options, which I found pretty dope. There’s a part where they explain “subject-to financing” basically, how you can take over a mortgage without making a new one, which could mean little to no down payment. Didn’t even know that was a thing.
The book also lays out step-by-step strategies for getting started, from choosing a strategy to closing deals. Some parts felt a little surface-level, and I kinda wish they went deeper into financing for people with bad credit, but overall, it’s solid.
If you’re new to real estate and want a simple, no-BS breakdown, this one’s worth checking out.

A must have!!

As someone who was completely new to real estate, The Real Estate Investing and Rental Property 2-in-1 Boxset was exactly what I needed to get started. The first book walks you through the basics of real estate investing in 7 simple steps, making the entire process feel manageable, even if you don’t have much money or experience. It was reassuring to learn how regular people can get insanely wealthy through real estate, and the clear strategies for finding and financing your first deal were incredibly practical.
The second book dives deeper into rental property investing, covering everything from finding the right property to managing short- and long-term rentals. I found the step-by-step guides on property management and scaling your portfolio especially helpful. The detailed sections on deal analysis and avoiding bad investments really boosted my confidence.
The bonuses included, like the apartment investing guide and tax planning tips, were just icing on the cake. Queer LitRPG at it's finest

It's been a while since I've read this genre. This is by far one of the best books in the LitRPG genre that I've ever read though. It has all of the trappings of a good LitRPG book, plus it has an actual plot and fleshed out characters. And our MC, Cat doesn't start off OP at all. Plus the fact that it's a queer woman as the MC. Beautiful. The snark from her AI companion, Mayalis is really fun as well. Lots of the reviews I've noticed seem to be reviewing the entire series as a whole, but I'm just going to stick to what I've read in each book separately.
The story is fast paced, with short, bite sized chapters that lead you to zipping through. Because the next chapter is only a few more pages, you'll take a break then...or maybe the chapter after. I certainly couldn't put it down. I'm eagerly anticipating the next installment of the story to find out what happens next as well as to watch Cat's power grow.
There is no romance yet in the story really, though there is a somewhat established relationship involving one of Cat's fellow orphans, Lucy. There is the promise for more romance ahead, and I'm looking forward to it.
