Ha una grande ricchezza aromatica. Intensi sentori di frutta a bacca nera e piacevoli sfumature speziate, in particolare di cuoio e tabacco, deliziano letteralmente il naso. Al palato è succulento e richiama lamarena che è accompagnata da punte mentolate, tostate e di caffè espresso. In degustazione è elegante, sottile ed equilibrato.Il Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG Il Poggio del Castello di Monsanto, nasce dallomonimo vitigno e viene vinificato fin dal 1962. Riposa per ben venti mesi in botti di rovere francese ed è letichetta più prestigiosa dellazienda. Viene prodotto solamente nelle migliori annate. Si distingue per una sottile eleganza e per una complessa aromaticità.
È ideale con le preparazioni a base di carni rosse, cacciagione e selvaggina. Ottimo con lanatra selvatica al forno.

So many squeaky bits

Perfectly Fun!
