Chiude con un finale persistente.Il Taurasi DOCG è senza dubbio uno degli alfieri dellenologia campana, un prodotto che negli ultimi anni sta avendo un grande successo anche a livello di critica internazionale. Quello di Benito Ferrara rappresenta una delle vette qualitative di tutta la gamma aziendale: energetico e elegante al contempo, il Vigna Quattro Confini rappresenta unottima alternativa ai grandi rossi da invecchiamento italiani. Le uve 100% aglianico maturano piuttosto tardivamente, e vengono quindi raccolte a fine ottobre; poi fermentano in barriques, dove proseguono ad affinare per circa 30 mesi; segue un ulteriore maturazione in bottiglia per 6 mesi. Da assaggiare per provare il Brunello del sud!
E un vino dotato di una struttura importante, che richiede quindi pietanze dalle preparazioni ricercate. Perfetto con i secondi di carne rossa e selvaggina, si sposa ottimamente anche con i formaggi stagionati. Da provare con loca allaceto balsamico.

Fantastic plates!

These plates were huge--perfect for the Thanksgiving feast. The plates were sturdy and held up to the weight of the food. Even others in attendance commented on how good the plates were and that they were big enough to hold larger portions which meant people didn't have to go back for seconds. Strong Enough for BBQ Ribs, Pasta & Everything in Between!

These Dixie Ultra paper plates are truly the heavyweight champs of disposable dinnerware. I grabbed them for a backyard BBQ, expecting the usual paper plate struggle—but these held up like actual dinner plates. We piled on ribs, baked beans, coleslaw, and even mac & cheese, and not a single plate buckled, soaked through, or leaked.
