Dagdosering: 3 maal daags 10-20 druppels met wat water innemen, bij voorkeur niet samen met voedsel. A.Vogel Viscum album Hart en bloedvaten druppels mag langdurig gebruikt worden, u kunt op elk gewenst moment stoppen.Let op: Bevat alcohol

I buy these for get togethers at church. The only thing I don't like is I can't seem to find this brand in larger volume packaging so will continue to buy one or two packages at a time. They hold up well and are easier to dispose of than the plastic plates.
