Primo rosé del Bardolino ad essere stato fermentato ed affinato in legno, il "Chiar’Otto" nasce da uve provienti da sei diverse parcelle, riunite in un unico corpo sul fianco della collina che sovrasta il paese di Bardolino. Assolutamente da provare.
Ottimo in abbinamento a zuppe di pesce in bianco e risotti ai frutti di mare, si sposa bene anche con il sushi.
