De Botslab G980H Pro 4CH biedt volledige 360 graden dekking met vier afzonderlijke camera's. De frontcamera neemt op in 4K resolutie, terwijl de achtercamera FullHD beelden vastlegt. Twee draaibare zijcamera's zorgen voor complete zichtbaarheid rondom je voertuig.

Deze dashcam beschikt over uitgebreide parkeermodus met bewegingsdetectie, vibratie detectie en time lapse functie. Via wifi en de bijbehorende app kun je eenvoudig beelden downloaden en instellingen aanpassen. De ingebouwde GPS registreert locatie en snelheidsgegevens bij elke opname.

Het 3,18 inch LCD scherm maakt bediening intuïtief, terwijl de Sony Starvis sensor zorgt voor heldere beelden ook bij weinig licht. De G-sensor detecteert plotselinge bewegingen en beveiligt belangrijke opnames automatisch.

Hoe werkt de parkeermodus?

De parkeermodus activeert bewegings- en vibratiedetectie wanneer je auto geparkeerd staat. Voor deze functie heb je wel permanente voeding nodig via een hardwire kit (apart verkrijgbaar). De camera kan ook time lapse opnames maken tijdens parkeren.

Kan ik de zijcamera's aanpassen?

Ja, beide zijcamera's zijn volledig draaibaar zodat je het gewenste gebied rondom je auto in beeld kunt brengen. Elke camera heeft een 120° kijkhoek en kan afzonderlijk ingesteld worden via het menu.

Werkt de wifi app ook in Nederland?

Ja, de 5.8GHz wifi verbinding en Botslab app werken wereldwijd. Via de app kun je beelden downloaden, instellingen wijzigen en live beelden bekijken vanuit je smartphone.

Wat gebeurt er als de geheugenkaart vol is?

De dashcam heeft loop recording - oude opnames worden automatisch overschreven door nieuwe. Belangrijke opnames die door de G-sensor zijn gemarkeerd blijven beveiligd en worden niet overschreven.

One of the "legs" just sits on top of a foot plate - it's not screwed in to anything. It's kind of flimsy and the base plates don't have anything on them to not scuff up the floor. With all that said, though, it does stand up and will block out what I need to block out. At the less-than-$50 price-point, it's kind of what should be expected. If I had purchased this outright, I would have considered sending it back and getting a higher quality. But if you only have $50 to spare and don't mind assembling things, it could be good for you.
