FINALLY!! A product that works efficiently, exactly as promised, and does an excellent job with no learning curve. This wine opener is easy to use, and works exactly as it should. The capsule cutter works like a breeze, and the cork lifter is smooth and fast. It pulls the cork, then reverses, and pushes the cork back off and into your waiting palm. Totally impressive! Small yet mighty
