Deze Barolo Monvigliero start zacht en rond, gevolgd door een prachtig evenwicht van zuur en tannine. Je proeft een rijke diepte en geniet van een lange, genuanceerde afdronk. Perfect om van te genieten na een drukke week of bij een feestelijke maaltijd.

Na een zorgvuldige vinificatie met natuurlijke gisting en malolactische gisting, rijpt deze wijn eerst 10 maanden op Frans eiken en daarna nog 12 maanden in grote vaten. Dit alles zorgt voor een Barolo van hoge kwaliteit, die elke wijnliefhebber zal waarderen. Ideaal bij rijke vleesgerechten of gerijpte kazen.
