Alle BBQ-methodes die ze in de USA hebben komen hier voorbij. We maken gerechten op de smoker, open vuur, de Kamado, Santa Maria Grills en Parillas. Het werken met gietijzer zoals de Dutch oven, roosters en Skillets komt ook uitgebreid aan bod, ook voor de lekkerste desserts!

Om 12:30 staat de koffie klaar. Maar om 13:00 uur gaan we echt aan de slag met elkaar om alles te bereiden met elkaar. Een gedeelte komt voorbij als snack en een gedeelte als het diner.

Je proeft dus alles en je hebt natuurlijk zelf ook een groot aantal gerechten voor de boeg om te maken.
