Angus & Oink Glazed & Confused is een bekroonde BBQ-saus die precies doet wat de naam belooft: een glaze die zoet, rokerig, fruitig én pittig is. Deze saus is perfect om je vlees mee af te lakken en zorgt voor een glanzende, plakkerige finish waar je vingers vanzelf vies van worden (op de beste manier).

Glazed & Confused is ideaal voor spareribs, kippenvleugels, pulled pork en varkensschouder. De saus heeft een mooie balans tussen honingzoet, fruitige mango en een pittige kick van Scotch Bonnet chili. Extra tip: combineer deze saus met de Angus & Oink Porky White Chick rub of de Fools Gold rub voor een complete smaaklaag.

Smaak & toepassing

Angus & Oink Glazed & Confused is gemaakt om te lakken, dippen en glaze’n. De basis is zoet en rijk door suiker en honing, met een frisse bite van ciderazijn. Daarbovenop komen tropische tonen van mango en een stevige pit van Scotch Bonnet chili. Door de toevoeging van tamarinde, Worcestershire en sojasaus krijgt de saus ook een diepe umami-achtige smaak die perfect past bij varkensvlees en kip.

Gebruik deze saus tijdens de laatste 10–15 minuten van je BBQ-sessie om verbranden te voorkomen. Ook als dipsaus bij wings of als finishing touch over pulled pork is hij echt top. Vooral in combinatie met Porky White Chick (voor varken/kip) of Fools Gold (voor extra zoete sticky BBQ) komt deze glaze volledig tot z’n recht.
