Gebruik
Voeg per dag 1 tot 3 eetlepels crunchy WholeFiber toe aan je ontbijt, lunch of diner. WholeFiber kun je prima toevoegen aan yoghurt, cornflakes, muesli"s, salades, soepen, sauzen en nog veel meer.Start met 1 eetlepel per dag gedurende 2 weken om je darmen te laten wennen, daarna 2 eetlepels, eventueel naar 3 eetlepels per dag (10 tot 15 gram).

Great for shed organizing
