Prodotto da uve chardonnay in purezza, da piante che affondano le radici in suoli di argilla, calcare e marne. La fermentazione spontanea in acciaio, seguita dalla fermentazione malolattica, esalta la purezza del frutto e il carattere minerale. L’affinamento per 3-4 anni in barrique di rovere francese conferisce struttura e complessità, rendendolo un vino longevo e solido, perfetto per chi cerca autenticità e profondità.
Ottimo con carni bianche nobili e selvaggina da piuma, come anatra e faraona.
