Rosso rubino intenso con leggere sfumature granato, al naso esprime belle note di frutti di bosco maturi e di spezie orientali quali pepe nero e caffè. In bocca è carnoso, pieno, lungo. Bilanciato da una trama tannica fitta e morbida, ricorda il velluto tale è la sua grazia. Chiude con un finale molto lungo, sul frutto.Una grande interpretazione del montepulciano per un vino che combina come pochi altri caratteristiche quali eleganza, ricchezza e beva. Lungo, sempre equilibrato e piacevolissimo, il Chronicon proviene dai vigneti che circondano la cantina di Bolognano. Dopo la lunga fermentazione sulle bucce in acciaio a temperatura controllata il Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC Chronicon di Zaccagnini matura per almeno 12 mesi in barrique di secondo e terzo passaggio prima di un ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia.
A tutto pasto, il Chronicon di Zaccagnini è Montepulciano ideale per accompagnare ricchi piatti di carne, anche in umido.

Versatile and Sturdy

I was able to store a lot of spices in a small space with a couple of these. While you can screw them into the cabinet, I set them on a nonskid shelf liner and so far, don't need to permanently install them with hardware. They're adjustable and sturdy.
