Items difficult to move by size or weight may require assistance that customers may need to provide. Truck deliveries are arranged in advance by phone, so customers know when the truck is coming. White Glove Delivery is an additional service which includes the purchase being unpacked, packaging materials removed, and the purchase placed in the home or garden. Cat liked it too much

This clutch was very nice and classy-perfect for a gala I was attending. However I never got to use it because within 5 min of opening the package my cat ate the bottom corners off. So apparently he really liked it too. 5 stars for purse. 0 stars for cat.
