Care & Maintenance
As a raw carbon steel product, it requires specific care to prevent oxidation (rust):
First Use: Wash thoroughly with soap and water to remove the factory protective lacquer.
After Use: Hand wash only and dry immediately with a cloth. Never leave to air-dry.
Storage: Apply a light coating of food-grade vegetable oil over the entire surface before storing in a dry environment.
