The Maxx-ER 012297 Stainless Pneumatic Machine-Adapted Chuck on NSF Block is a high-clamping-force, rapid-action pneumatic chuck engineered for demanding electrode fabrication applications. Built on an NSF block, it delivers increased clamping power of up to 7,000 N, ensuring secure and repeatable workholding in both horizontal and vertical orientations. This stainless steel chuck is designed to hold ø115 mm and ø148 mm pallets as well as electrode holders, excluding pallets with a P-profile. It is 100% cross-compatible with the Erowa Chuck ER-012297, allowing seamless integration into existing systems while providing robust performance in precision machining environments.
