Dual caffeine punch with brain-boosting drive and full gym aggression.

Insane Labz Possessed is a high-stim pre-workout that mixes energy, focus, and some testosterone-support vibes. It packs classics like creatine monohydrate and beta-alanine with dual caffeine, L-tyrosine for brain chemical support, choline nootropics, and mood boosters like Mucuna pruriens and D-aspartic acid. Overall, it's built for intense energy and mental sharpness in the gym, not just pumps.

The big downside? It's a prop blend, so doses aren't listed. We can't say if creatine hits 3-5g, beta-alanine reaches 3.2g, or citicoline is at 250-500mg like in studies. Ingredients look solid, but without doses, it's hard to know for sure.

On the energy side, it's smart. Caffeine anhydrous blocks adenosine to ramp up alertness and drive—that's your quick energy hit. Caffeine citrate absorbs faster, making the buzz kick in sooner and feel different. Total caffeine isn't listed, but dual sources point to a strong, fast start.

L-tyrosine feeds into dopamine and norepinephrine production—those are brain chemicals for focus. It's a common pair with caffeine for better mental drive, though studies on performance are mixed. The pairing make

Key Highlights

  • Dual caffeine hits—anhydrous gives that solid pre-workout kick, while citrate makes it hit faster and changes up the energy feel.
  • L-Tyrosine backs up your brain chemicals—it's the building block for dopamine and norepinephrine, helping with focus and drive in a stim-heavy mix.
  • Citicoline brings premium brain support—it helps with acetylcholine (a focus chemical) and brain cell health. Studies show 250-500mg can boost attention, but dose here isn't listed.
  • Choline bitartrate and citicoline team up for focus—one's a basic choline source, the other's fancier. They help with concentration and that mind-muscle link.
  • Creatine monohydrate adds proven power—it's gold for strength in intense training, but hidden dose means we don't know if it's enough to skip your daily creatine.
  • Beta-alanine fights muscle burn—it builds carnosine to buffer acid during tough sets, though exact amount isn't shown.
  • D-Aspartic acid gives it that test-boosting angle—results vary in athletes, but it's there for folks wanting hormonal support in their pre.
  • Mucuna pruriens shines for mood and motivation—it's more about that dopamine vibe than pumps, setting this apart from basic pres.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned lifters wanting aggressive, quick mental stim over pumps. Dual caffeine with L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, and citicoline gets you dialed for heavies and volume.
  • Bodybuilders in tough phases who need intensity and drive. Mucuna pruriens, caffeine, tyrosine bring motivation for hypertrophy work.
  • Intermediate folks liking one-scoop ease. Mixes energy, brain support, creatine, beta-alanine—fewer bottles needed.
  • Early morning trainers needing fast wake-up. Dual caffeine hits quicker than smooth pres.
  • Upgrading from basic caffeine to layered focus. Citicoline and choline make sessions feel more on-point.
  • High-intensity types who dig the mental boost. Mucuna pruriens and D-aspartic acid hit that 'alpha' drive spot.

How to Use

Try half a scoop 20-30 minutes pre-workout first, especially if new or stim-sensitive—dual caffeine with no total listed means test tolerance. If good, go full scoop next time. Mix in 8-12oz cold water, shake well—beats stirring. Empty stomach for fast hit, with food to mellow it. No stacking with other caff stuff till you know. For sure creatine, add a separate one since dose here is hidden. Frequent users, deload stims every few weeks to keep it fresh. Store sealed, cool, dry for best mix and taste.

What to Expect

First 0-10 minutes: taste hits, easy on the stomach, small scoop for all those ingredients. 10-20: caffeine starts buzzing, alertness rises, maybe beta-alanine tingles if dosed well. 20-40: peak time—stims, focus, and mood feel strongest. 40-90: energy holds for most workouts, depends on your tolerance and hidden caffeine. Days 1-7: mostly instant energy and focus. Weeks 2-4: consistent use lets creatine and beta-alanine build up for better output.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Insane Labz Possessed per serving?

The exact total caffeine is not disclosed on the available label data. What is confirmed is that it contains both caffeine anhydrous and caffeine citrate, which strongly suggests a fairly aggressive stimulant profile. If you are sensitive to stimulants, start with half a scoop.

Is Possessed a good pre-workout for focus?

Yes, focus is one of the more interesting parts of this formula. It combines L-tyrosine, choline bitartrate, and citicoline, which target catecholamine and acetylcholine pathways rather than relying on caffeine alone.

Does Possessed contain creatine?

Yes, creatine monohydrate is included. The limitation is that the exact amount is not disclosed, so if you want the evidence-based 3-5g daily target guaranteed, a separate standalone creatine is still the most reliable option.

Will this pre-workout make me tingle?

Possibly. The formula includes beta-alanine, which commonly causes the harmless tingling sensation known as paresthesia when the dose is high enough, but the exact amount is not disclosed here.

Is Insane Labz Possessed really a testosterone booster and a pre-workout?

It is best understood as a high-stim pre-workout with some ingredients commonly marketed for hormonal support, specifically D-aspartic acid and Mucuna pruriens. The immediate experience will come mostly from the stimulants and nootropics, while the hormone-support angle is more of a positioning feature than a guaranteed acute effect.

Can I take Possessed every day?

You can use it regularly, and consistent use would matter if the creatine and beta-alanine are meaningfully dosed. That said, daily use of high-stim pre-workouts can build caffeine tolerance, so many users benefit from using it on training days only or taking occasional stimulant deloads.

Should I take Possessed on an empty stomach?

Usually yes, if you want the fastest and strongest onset. Taking it with food can soften the stimulant impact and delay how quickly the caffeine blend and focus ingredients are felt.

Can I stack Possessed with a pump product?

Yes, that is actually one of the smartest ways to use it if you want more blood-flow support. Possessed is more energy-and-focus oriented than pump-oriented, so pairing it with a stim-free nitric oxide or glycerol product can create a more complete pre-workout stack.

Is this a transparent label formula?

No. The formula contains a proprietary blend structure with undisclosed ingredient amounts, which means you cannot fully verify whether core ingredients like creatine, beta-alanine, or citicoline are present at research-aligned doses.

Who should avoid Possessed?

Beginners, stimulant-sensitive users, pregnant or nursing individuals, and anyone with cardiovascular concerns should avoid or use caution with this product. The undisclosed total caffeine and the presence of neuroactive ingredients like tyrosine and Mucuna pruriens make it a better fit for experienced users.

Great quality for the price!
I was scouring online looking for a decent 1440p 144Hz monitor but didn't want to spend a small fortune. I came across these and decided why not bite the bullet and try them, to my surprise they're actually really nice quality and very solid. Only gripe I have is that the stands are the best and could be more sturdy. Overall an extremely solid monitor if you want 144hz 1440p monitors for a great price!

bad quality control
I bought two for my computer. Then 4 more for others i work with. At first they seemed ok, but now we are all dealing with issues with them needing to be turned off and on or unplugged to reset the connection to get them on. I can only expect overtime it will get worse until they all finally break completely. The picture isnt great but i wasnt expecting it to be at this price. Ive tried other cables, refress rates, resolutions ect...

Excellent Ultrawide Monitor for a MacBook Air Setup
I purchased the LG 34U60ZB-B to use primarily with my MacBook Air, and it has exceeded my expectations. Setup was incredibly simple using a USB-C to DisplayPort cable, and the monitor was recognized immediately at its full 3440 x 1440 resolution. The extra screen real estate is a game changer for productivity. I regularly have multiple documents, spreadsheets, browser windows, and email open at the same time, and the 34-inch ultrawide format makes it feel like having two monitors without the distracting bezel in the middle. Everything is sharp, crisp, and easy to read. The picture quality is excellent. Colors look vibrant and accurate, text is clear, and the WQHD resolution provides plenty of workspace without making items too small. I was particularly impressed with how good text rendering looks on macOS, which is important since most of my work involves reading and writing. The monitor feels much larger than a standard 27-inch display while still fitting comfortably on my desk. The curved screen adds to the immersive feel without being overly aggressive. It also works well for streaming videos, casual gaming, and photo viewing when I’m not working. One thing to note is that the monitor does not provide USB-C power delivery, so MacBook users will still need their charger connected separately. That wasn’t a dealbreaker for me given the monitor’s price and performance. Overall, this is an outstanding value. If you’re looking for an affordable ultrawide monitor for a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro, the LG 34U60ZB-B delivers excellent image quality, tons of workspace, and a clean, productive setup.
