Еміліо Кальдерон (нар. 1960 р.) вирішив написати книжку про кохання. То¬му він помістив своїх персонажів в екзотичну країну Китай. Ну, не зовсім у Китай, а в шанхайське гетто та в 1943 рік. Своїми героями він зробив єврейське подружжя — Нору та Леона Блюменталів, які приїхали до Шанхая у 1939 році, коли місто ще було вільним портом і зберігало всю свою чарівність, а тепер опини¬лися у 'відведеному районі для біженців без громадянства'. Літня людина Леон за таємничих обставин гине, залишаючи Нору — прекрасну молоду єврейку — в тяжкому становищі. На допомогу їй приходить іспанський консул Мартін Ніболі — її давній шанувальник. А щоб надати консулу героїчного ореолу, автор робить його рятівником китайської проститутки на ім’я Духмяна Хмарка, відданої на по¬талу японській солдатні. Ця вдячна панночка допомагає консулу вистояти у боротьбі з шефом таємної поліції негідником Фукудою, стає подругою Нори та розплутує таємницю вбивства Леона Блюменталя.

It was great quality and the weight was nice, but it was odd having the open bottom and no spout to dribble into a cup when making an espresso. It was difficult to get the wire tool out of the end of the handle, making it difficult to use. I was not that impressed and it’s quite expensive.

The device (a stretch to call it that) is made of sturdy materials including the needles. They give you two different thicknesses of needles, one for expressi (0.3) and one set for coffee grinds (0.4). Each comes wth some spares. The stand is well designed and keeps grinds from spreading all over. It is very elegant design. I use this with a dosing funnel on my portafilter. Not the cheapest one could buy but well worth the money.
