The timer can be programmed to run in continuous mode, or set to run for preset intervals of 1, 2, 3, or 4 minutes, with a maximum run time of 12 hours. I am 6’1 and mostly legs and they are perfect ….but I do feel they run large ….I ordered them in my typical size and they were too big so I sized down they seemed like they were gonna be good ( I did still want a looser fit ) but because they do have some stretch not long after putting them on they are so loose I could pull them down without unbuttoning. I wish I would have tried going down at least two sizes.
