ND filters with the ultimate impact and glare protection!

The popular Shock Mod clear lens protectors are now available as Neutral Density filters!

Protect your glass and reduce glare with the Camera Butter Shock mod ND filters.

Do you actually use your action camera for ACTION?  If so, these are the ND filters for you!

*This Updated version is compatible with the new Hero 13 auto lens detection.

Made from durable aircraft aluminium and ultra tough Corning Gorilla Glass, the Shock Mod ND filters have tabs that stick out from the top and bottom that help stop impacts from hitting the glass.  Also, the tabs act as a small lens hood to reduce sun glare.

Features

  • Tabs protect glass from impacts
  • Less broken glass also means that the delicate internal lens is safer
  • Tabs act as a mini lens hood to reduce the amount of sun glare in your video
  • Tabs are not in the field of view and do not get in the way of your video, even in 8:7 mode
  • Coated with anti-glare coating on the inside to further reduce glare
  • Nano-coated to repel water, oils and dirt

Installs in seconds - simply remove the original lens cover with a twist and then twist on the Shock Mod ND!

The Shock mod ND is the same shape and size of the original GoPro lens (except for the tabs), making for wide compatibility:

Compatibility

  • Compatible with:
    • GoPro Hero 9, 10, Bones, 11, 11 mini, 12, 13 (works with Hero 13 autodetect)
    • Most cage-style mounts
    • Media mode
    • Mounts that connect to the GoPro "fingers"
    • Most TPU mounts
  • NOT Compatible with:
    • Dive case
    • Mounts that obscure part of the lens
    • Some TPU mounts with a full lens surround

Installation

  1. Remove the existing lens/cover by twisting 90 degrees parallel with the camera.  Pulling away from the camera slightly may help.
  2. Remove the protective stickers on the front and back, and place the Shock Mod ND on the camera with the metal bars on the filter oriented horizontally
  3. While pushing down towards the camera, twist the filter 90 degrees until it is square on the GoPro and the Camera Butter Logo is at the top of the Camera.
  4. Make sure that it is seated correctly and is flush with the camera.   If it is crooked or can be removed easily, remove and re-install.

Note that the GoPro Hero 13 does not support auto lens detect with an ND64 - The ND64 will show up as an ND32, but will still function correctly.

Best money ever spent!
I LOVE this divider! I live in an apartment with a covered patio that faces the parking lot and desperately needed some privacy. I was hesitant about ordering this due to mixed reviews but I'm so glad I took a chance. I bought the six panel in brown and it came in perfect condition, covers the entire opening, it's lightweight but sturdy enough for wind. In the 5-6 months I've had it outside it only blew over once in a hurricane and that was my fault. I should have taken it down, I knew the storm was coming...but no damage was done! It looks amazing and now I can go out on my patio day or night with complete privacy. If you're on the fence as I was, get it! Great product!

Buyer beware!
Beware not at all a good quality. Screen is made of a very fragile product. Very cheap looking not at all anything I would want in my home. And once you have purchased it basically it is yours because Amazon can't help you because it is a third party seller. Which means you have to work with the seller directly and they want you to send it back to them on your dime to California which would almost cost the same as the purchase price.
