This prep table offers 15.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated cabinet storage with three adjustable shelves rated to hold up to 90 lbs each, allowing for extra ingredient storage in the cabinet base. The top section includes 30 standard GN1/6 food pans, keeping frequently used ingredients within easy reach. A full-length polyethylene cutting board provides a stable, hygienic workspace and can be easily removed for cleaning.

Analog temperature control maintains a 33–41°F range to ensure ingredients remain fresh and safe. Self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature enhance workflow efficiency, while removable magnetic door gaskets simplify cleaning and maintenance.
